It allows them to choose the physician of appropriate expertise and years of experience at the most affordable rates. 1)The users can posts a health related question in the open forum mentioning their budget. 2)The physicians registered with the mymedexpert can bid for that question and state their fee for answering that particular question. 3)The user reviews all the bids and can choose a particular physician based on his/her profile, fee and past reviews. 4)After physician accepts the offer, he may ask the user to transfer the fee to the escrow. 5)The user transfers the fee to the escrow and physician replies to the question. 6)The bid amount is transfered from the escrow to the physician's account. Why does my account goes negative when I win the bid for the first time? When you win the bid for the first time, the system takes a percentage of the bid amount as service charge. But as you do not have any money in the mymedexpert (MME) account, it shows as negative balance. You need not worry. You can deposit the required sum and then proceed on answering the question. Once you have answered the question you would recieve the bid amount. Do keep some balance amount in the MME account as it would be needed as service charge for winning future bids. Escrow is an arrangement in which fee for the question is deposited into safekeeping under the trust of a neutral third party (MyMedExpert) pending satisfaction of contractual contingency or condition (replying to the question satisfactorily). Once the condition has been met, the escrow agent (MyMedExpert) will deliver the asset to the party prescribed by the contract (HealthCare Provider). Escrow is to prevent the following scenerios 1) Physician before receiving any payment, answers a question but the User doesn't pay the agreed fee later. 2) User sends the fee to the Physician's account for a question but the Physician after receiving the money doesn't reply to the original question. After the two parties (User and Physician) agree to a bid amount, the physician can request the user to transfer the bid amount to the escrow which is managed by the neural third party (MyMedExpert). After the physician replies to the question satisfactorily, the bid amount is transfered to the physician's account. How do I deposit money into my MyMedExpert account? You can deposit money into your MyMedExpert account either by using a credit card or through a paypal account. How do I withdraw money from my MyMedExpert account?
